About this instrument

This dashboard operationalises the live-session phase of the Epistemic Alignment Ecology framework. It measures the coherence between a school's declared philosophy — coded from its vision, mission, and guiding statements — and the epistemologies actually held by its teachers, across ten dimensions.

Forty-five items probe positions on those dimensions using indirect methods: scenario forced-choice, prototype selection, priority ranking, resource allocation, paired declared-versus-enacted items, and open-ended prompts. Results are aggregated in real time against the organisation's declared vector.

Session workflow

1. Open the dashboard on a shared screen.
2. Each staff member takes the survey on their own device, or pass a single device around the room.
3. The dashboard updates after each submission. Review the radar, hotspots, and per-dimension view together.
4. Use the top dialogic prompt as the opening question for the facilitated conversation that follows.
5. End with one commitment — one dimension the organisation will inquire into over the term ahead.

Ethical non-negotiables

• Anonymity — no participant identifiers collected.
• No evaluative use — results must not inform performance management.
• Voluntary participation — partial responses are valid partial data.
• Interpretive humility — the declared position is not automatically the correct one.
